3 STEP SETUP
1: REGISTER KUDOS BOARDS AS AN INTERNAL APP
- Register an Internal app for Kudos Boards via Manage Organisations > Internal Apps > Register App
- Fill in the App Name.
- Select OAuth 2.0.
- Set the Callback URL to https://kudosboards.com/api/auth/smartcloud/<YOUR_ORG_ID>/callback where <YOUR_ORG_ID> is your Organisation ID.
- Click on Show Credentials from the drop down.
- Keep a note of the OAuth 2.0 ClientID and Client Secret (Copy/Paste each into Step 2).
2: SUBMIT THESE DETAILS TO US:
- Please click on your Organisation's name/logo in the top left hand corner of the Connections Cloud menu to load the Organisation Profile page.
- Complete the submission form and click Submit Details.
You'll find your Cloud Connections Region here:
3: ADD A LINK IN THE APPS MENU & DEFINE COMMUNITY WIDGET
IMPORTANT: Only perform this step once you have received a confirmation of your account activation from us.
- Click Add under Organisation Extensions on the Administration page. There are two files to add.
- Please upload this JSON App file using the 'Upload an Extension, Choose File' option. Then enable editing and update your ORG_ID as in the screenshot.
- Once uploaded, click Add.
- Now repeat Step 1 (Click Add under Organisation Extensions on the Administration page)
- Upload this JSON Extension file using the 'Upload an Extension, Choose File' option.
- Once uploaded, click Add.
YOU'RE DONE!
Kudos Boards Cloud will now be ready for use. Now's the best time to let your staff know on your Connections news feed!
