3 STEP SETUP

 

1:  REGISTER BUZZY AS AN INTERNAL APP

  1. Register an Internal app for Buzzy Buzz via Manage Organisations > Internal Apps > Register App
  2. Fill in the App Name.
    1. Select OAuth 2.0
    2. Set the Callback URL to https://buzzy.buzz/pre-oauth
  3. Click on Edit Properties from the drop down.
  4. Copy the App ID to the end of the Callback URL
  5. Click on Show Credentials from the drop down.
  6. Keep a note of the OAuth 2.0 ClientID and Client Secret (Copy/Paste each into Step 2).

2:  SETUP A NEW PROVIDER

  1. Please watch and follow the steps in this short video:

3:  ADD TO THE APPS MENU & DEFINE COMMUNITY & ACTIVITY STREAM WIDGET

There are three files to add:

  1. Click Add under Organisation Extensions on the Administration page.
  2. Please upload this TopNav file using the 'Upload an Extension, Choose File' option. Once uploaded, click Add.
  3. Now repeat Step 1 (Click Add under Organisation Extensions on the Administration page.
  4. Upload this Community file  file using the 'Upload an Extension, Choose File' option. Once uploaded, click Add.
  5. Now repeat Step 1 for the final time.
  6. Upload this Stream file file using the 'Upload an Extension, Choose File' option. Once uploaded, click Add.

YOU'RE DONE!

Buzzy will now be ready for use. Now is the best time to let your staff know on your Connections news feed!
